The Consulate General has launched new email address as follows chinaconsul_kk_my@mfa.gov.cn since 12th October, to replace the original one chinese_consulate_kk@yahoo.com. The email address for consular services (Visa, Chinese citizen passport, Travel document, Notarization, Authentication) kk@csm.mfa.gov.cn and the email address for Chinese citizens' consular assistance kk_lb@csm.mfa.gov.cn remain the same. Please send the email to the appropriate email address based on your needs.

To ensure a smooth changeover, both two mailboxes will be in operation during the transition period from 12th to 31st October. The original email address will be deactivated from 1st November.
