To enhance personnel exchanges between China and Malaysia, the Office of Consular Affairs will extend the office hour from September 11th. In addition to the existing office hour, we will also open every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon (except holidays) from 13:30 to 15:30 p.m.

The adjusted office hour is as follows:

Monday to Friday morning (except holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon: application of visa, travel document, notarization, authentication and collection of fees and other business, urgent documents submission until 12:00 noon.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon (except public holidays) from 13:30 to 15:30 p.m.: application of visa (Malaysian passport holders only), travel document, notarization and authentication .

Telephone consultation (088-385481 and 014-3681380) is also adjusted and is available from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 13:30 to 15:30 p.m. on working days. If the lines are busy, please kindly send an email to kk@csm.mfa.gov.cn for relevant consultation.
